A Hero Walks Alone
By Kywin Lightsinger

The lonely road, so filled with fear
A friendless stranger drawing near
No home, no hearth, just endless tears
A hero walks alone
By chance a band of rovers meet
Northward bound must set their feet
From ash and dale, to mourning's seat
A hero walks alone
O'er wind and wave, his path unfold
A foreign land, of dark and cold
Must spark a fire, for hope to hold
Still our hero walks alone
With sword and shield, on guard for thee
His voice, and song, inspiring me
Could heaven's light, be touched was he?
Must our hero walk alone?
His strength and kindness there did bind
Our hearts forevermore remind
When faith and friendship intertwine
Now our hero's not alone
Now our hero's not alone
